Saxophone fans, check out this sweet Mark VI alto that just walked in!
This horn is absolutely screaming! It has the perfect blend of power from the later serial VIs 192xxx with a dark focused core. This Mark VI is American engraved and has its original 1972 lacquer on it. The engraving is super crisp and absolutely beautiful! It is free from any major damages such as neck pull down and denting in the bottom bow. A lot of its original lacquer remains with typical wearing in commonly handled areas. It has an older set of pads that have been fully combed through by our shop and setup to ensure that they are functioning as they should and sealing wonderfully! One thing to note which doesn’t affect its playability is that the neck at some point in the past has had a microphone pickup installed. It was expertly done and seals perfectly please see photos.
