Saxophone fans, check out this tenor that just went up for sale at our shop! You might recognize this Mark VI tenor from the "Coming Soon" section of our website. Its 198xxx serial number dates it to 1972, when it was handmade in Paris, France. Although this horn has been replated, it was originally silver-plated, American-engraved, and assembled. The original neck is free from pull-down, and the bottom bow is free from dents. The silver plating has developed a beautiful patina that gives the horn a truly unique look. After a full hand silver polish and a complete overhaul, this horn is sealing perfectly from top to bottom. These later Mark VIs are some of the best-playing examples, and this one is certainly no exception!
