Saxophone fans, here’s your chance to get a fantastic deal on a Mark VI tenor. This is a 229xxx Mark VI tenor dating back to 1974, when it was handmade in Paris, France. This particular horn was engraved and assembled in America and has been relacquered at some point in its life. It has seen plenty of gigs over the years and still delivers a great sound. The original neck experienced some pull-down but has since been professionally repaired and restored to the correct angle. This is one of few Mark VI tenors ordered with a custom high F# key. The horn was overhauled outside of our shop and then thoroughly inspected by our technicians to ensure it is sealing perfectly. Although this isn't the prettiest horn, it is certainly still a Selmer and has no shortage of the iconic core and sound.
