Saxophone fans, check out this amazing Mark VI tenor that just came in! This 85xxx serial numbered VI dates it to back to 1960 where it hand made in Paris, France. This horn was relacquered quite some time ago and the remaining lacquer on it has aged well giving it a beautiful vintage appearance. The American engraving is still present and thankfully wasn't buffed off in the relacquering process. The overall condition of this tenor is amazing, with no outstanding dents or cosmetic damage. This horn came to us paired with a 98xxx Mark VI neck. Although this isn't the original neck to the body, this neck is an excellent pairing to the horn. The 85xxx serial range horns have a resonance and projection that is truly unmatched and this neck compliments these characteristics very well! This horn has been very recently overhauled and after a comb through by our shop it is sealing and playing perfectly.
