Saxophone fans, check out this incredible tenor mouthpiece that just arrived at the shop! This is a Dave Guardala MBI tenor mouthpiece, but not just any MBI. This mouthpiece belonged to Jeff Powell who was Guardala's partner and was used as the stencil/reference piece to make the other MBIs. This one is marked with the CNC numbers and Dave's original engraving. This is a truly one of a kind piece that practically belongs in a museum! It measures just a hair over an 8 at .112". This has all the tell tale signs of a Guardala; the razor thin tip rail and side rails, giant scooped out chamber, and hand file marks on the baffle. Don't miss out on this piece of Guardala history!
