Check out this absolutely gorgeous 134xxx 1966 Mark VI tenor! This horn has approximately 85% of its beautiful original lacquer remaining minus normal wear in commonly handled areas! It has just been fully professionally overhauled in our shop and needs nothing!
This tenor is in fantastic cosmetic shape. The body is free from dents and dings and the body tube is perfectly straight. The bottom bow and rooster which often smashed in is free from denting and the neck shows NO signs of pull down. The neck is also completely original to the horn and does homage the matching serial number present! This ensures that this tenor plays just exactly how Selmer originally intended it to.
in our opinion having played literally thousands of Mark VIs this is a really special era of manufacture that have a very unique voice to them and this horn is no exception!
