Saxophone fans, check out this Mark VI tenor that just came in for sale. This 214,xxx serial number tenor dates it back to 1973 where it was hand made in Paris, France. This tenor is American engraved and has a lot of its original lacquer remaining. Throughout the horn there is some marking in the original lacquer commonly referred to as dent-ball-raking. It came to us with these are marks previously made by a technician attempting to smooth out likely badly dented areas. Besides this cosmetic issue, the horn is looking great. After a quick comb through by our shop, this horn's pads are sealing very nicely and it is playing great! This later VI has a wonderful brilliance that is characteristic to horns from this production period, all while still having the iconic lush Selmer core. Don't miss your chance to get a Mark VI with American engraving and original lacquer at this price! It won't be around for long.
