Saxophone fans, check out this Mark VI alto that just came into the shop! This is a 232xxx serial number alto that dates back to the last year of production of the Mark VI 1975. This is an American engraved/assembled horn with a custom high F# key that has so much of its original lacquer left on it. The bottom bow is clean from denting and the original neck is free from pull down or signs of pull down. This horn recieved a full overhaul from our shop a few years ago and has been well maintained since. After a comb through, it is back to sealing and playing perfectly. This is an amazing later serial alto that plays with lots of punch when needed but still has the very desirable dark Selmer core.
