Saxophone fans, check out this Conn 10M tenor that just arrived at the shop! The 316xxx serial number dates it to 1946 where it was made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. This Conn has so much of its original lacquer on it and also has the much desired rolled tone holes. It is typical to see Conns in poor condition simply due to their age, however, this one is in excellent overall shape. After a full professional overhaul this tenor is playing amazingly. Conns are notorious for having some of the best sounds in saxophone history and this tenor is certainly no exception. It plays with a husky and powerful sound with lots of color and expression.
